4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Free cancellation window
• City rides within the same city free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup
• Intercity rides and full day chauffeured service free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• Multi day tours and special events free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup.
4.2 Late cancellation fees
Cancellations received after the free window may be charged up to 100 percent of the fare depending on notice and costs incurred.
4.3 No shows
No shows are charged in full as described in the Terms.
4.4 Flight disruptions
If your flight is delayed or diverted we will adjust pickup based on the new landing time when a flight number is provided. Cancellations due to flight cancellation are refundable if you notify us before the driver is dispatched.
4.5 Changes
Time and route changes are subject to availability and may change the price.
4.6 Additional waiting and stops
Waiting beyond the free period and additional stops are charged according to the price list. The driver will inform you of applicable charges before proceeding where possible.
4.7 Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
