What kind of transfer and tour services provide you?

We provide you rent a car with driver, airport transfer to hotel or anyway, daily tours, group tours etc.

What is airport transfer to hotel?

We welcome you at airport and take you from airport. Then we will transfer you to your hotel with our luxury vehicles like Mercedes-Benz Vito, Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter etc.

What is airport transfer to anywhere?

We welcome you at the airport and take you from there. Then we will transfer you anywhere you requested with our luxury vehicles like Mercedes-Benz Vito or Sprinter.

What is rent a car with driver?

We provide you a rental luxury vehicle with driver. We take you from your location and transfer you drop off where you want.

What is daily & VIP tour?

Daily & VIP tour is a special city - culture tour in Istanbul or from Istanbul to Bursa, Yalova, Sakarya etc. You can use this tour service personal or private.

What is group tour?

Group tour is daily or more day tour. You have to be a group. You can request a group tour for your workers or guests. Our costs of group tours are cheaper.

Before Booking

How can I book a transfer or tour?

You can book directly on our home page or our “Reservation” page.

Where do you provide me transfer or tour services?

We provide you transfer, rental car with driver or tour services in Istanbul and Antalya cities for now. 

Should we pay the cost of the transfer or tour?

You can see payment methods and details on service pages. You can pay the cost with credit card, cash, paypal or money transfer/EFT

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel any of your transfer journeys or your entire booking online by accessing the ”My Booking” for Transfer and “My Booking” for tours panel on our website. Transfer service cancellations received with more than 48 hours notice are refunded in full. No refund is paid for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the transfer time. If you are not entitled to a refund, you will always receive an email with a cancellation note attached which you may be able to use to claim the expenses back from your tour operator, airline, or travel insurance provider.

Where will I be dropped off?

Airport Transfer to Hotel: For private transfers from an airport, you will be picked up from the arrivals hall, unless indicated otherwise in the booking voucher.  

From Hotel to Airport Transfer: For private transfers from an accommodation, you will be picked up from the accommodation’s reception or outside the hotel/villa/building. 

For private transfers from or to a port or train station we will provide a specific meeting point which will be shown on your booking voucher.

For shared transfers, the pick up and the drop off point is shown in your booking voucher.

What luggage entitlement will I have?

The luggage limit is according to your VIP luxury vehicle and your travels.

For example you can take 4 big luggage and 1 small luggage for a vehicle for 4 seater. 

If you have more luggages, you have to inform us when you make booking. 

You can ask every question about luggage per email to us.

Are child seats available to book and from what age?

If you request we can add a child seats for you. 

Our booster seats are suitable for children weighing 15-36 kilos (approx. 4-12 years). 

Baby seats are suitable for toddlers weighing 9-18 kg (approx. 9 months to 4 years).

If you need a baby seat for your baby who is under 9 months, you have to bring your seat.

What kind of information should I share?

You have to share with us some important information. You can find these in the bellow. 

  • Full name of all passengers: The names of travelers are so important. If you 5 persons, you have to share with us all passenger’s name. 
  • Flight No: We will follow your flight. For that it is important. 
  • Your Phone Number and County Code: You have to share with us your phone number with county code. If you don’t share it, we cannot contact to you. So, it is very important. Please share your phone number with county code.
  • Email Address: We will send you update, approved mails. For that you have to share with us email address. 
  • Date and Time: You must inform us when do you request transfer or tour services. Because we will organize our team and prepares our vehicles for you. 

After Booking

After booking confirmation what should I do?

If you confirm your booking, you will receive two emails. First mail is your order / booking details. The second email is approved mail. By second mail your booking means confirmed by us. If you don’t receive an email, your reservation is not approved. You can contact with us or make a booking again. Also you can check your booking on “My Booking” page.

How can I change or edit my booking?

You can change or edit your booking until before 24 hours. 

Check your bookings on My Booking page and edit them. When you change or edit, you can receive an email for confirmation. 

You can request from us to change your request per email, phone or WhatsApp too. Contact us!

Where will I meet with the driver?

Where do you request, our driver will be there to transfer you. If you request airport transfer to hotel or anywhere, our driver will be arrivals hall or to the meeting point. He will welcome you at the airport. 

How can I cancel my booking?

What happens if my flight, train or ship is delayed?

If your inbound flight prior to the transfer from the airport is delayed or diverted to a different airport, we will do our best to reschedule the transfer according to your new arrival time, free of charge. We will be follow your flight too. We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, as a result we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.

Can I pay the cost as Turkish Lira or Dollar?

Of course, you can pay. According to the current EURO currency, the reservation amount is requested in dollars or Turkish lira.

If my flight is cancelled, what should I do?

Smoking in licensed in Private Hire Vehicle is against the law. There are heavy penalty if anyone including this found smoking in one of our vehicles.
