3. Terms and Conditions of Carriage and Website Use
3.1 Definitions

Service the transport or tour described in the booking confirmation.
3.2 Scope
These terms govern website use and all passenger transport services provided by the Company in Türkiye. By booking you accept these terms.
3.3 Booking and contract
A contract is formed when we issue a booking confirmation to the email provided by you. Please check details carefully. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup time address flight number and passenger details.
3.4 Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in local currency unless stated otherwise and include driver tolls and standard parking where applicable. Extra services such as child seats additional stops night surcharges or out of area travel may incur additional fees. Payment is due at booking or as otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to refuse service if payment fails.
3.5 Waiting time and airport pickups
We monitor flights when a flight number is provided. For airport pickups we include 60 minutes free waiting from actual landing. City pickups include 15 minutes free waiting. After free time waiting is charged per minute according to the price list. If you cannot locate the driver call the number provided in your confirmation and follow the meeting instructions.
3.6 Changes and no shows
You may request changes subject to availability and price adjustments. A no show occurs when the passenger fails to appear at the confirmed pickup location within the free waiting time and is not reachable. No shows are charged in full.
3.7 Cancellations and refunds
See the Cancellation and Refund Policy section. Where a refund is due it will be processed to the original payment method.
3.8 Luggage and personal items
Each passenger may carry reasonable luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage must be disclosed at booking. The Company is not liable for loss of personal items left in the vehicle. Found items may be returned at your cost.
3.9 Safety comfort and conduct
Seat belts must be worn. Smoking vaping and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in vehicles. Animals are allowed only in appropriate carriers unless a service animal is required by law. The driver may refuse carriage if a passenger is unfit to travel or poses a safety risk.
3.10 Cleaning and damage
A cleaning fee may be charged for spillages or damage requiring special cleaning. You are responsible for the costs of repairing damage caused by you beyond normal wear.
3.11 Vehicle class and substitutions
Requested vehicle classes are subject to availability. We may upgrade to a higher class at no additional cost. If a lower class is provided you may request a partial refund of the difference.
3.12 Delays and force majeure
We strive to be on time but traffic road works weather and incidents may cause delays. We are not liable for losses arising from delays beyond our reasonable control. We recommend allowing sufficient time for connections and flights.
3.13 Subcontractors
We may use qualified partner operators and drivers. The Company remains responsible for service delivery under these terms.
3.14 Liability
Our liability is limited to foreseeable direct losses up to the price paid for the booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including missed flights unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. These limits do not exclude liability where not permitted by law.
3.15 Website use
You must not misuse the website by introducing malicious material or attempting unauthorized access. Intellectual property rights in the site content belong to the Company or its licensors.
3.16 Governing law and jurisdiction
Turkish law governs these terms. Courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia have exclusive jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence when applicable.
